Blizzard is to Extend Draw Distance in WoW Legion
According to Blizzard’s post, WoW legion will extend draw distance to improve gameplay experience. Blizzard always added new features and changes in every expansion of World of Warcraft, and it appears that Blizzard will make a big improvement in view distance. The official post revealed that the extended draw distance will not work only in the Broken Isles, but in all of Azeroth. Moreover, the graphics options are changing and they are now based on a scale of 1 to 10, instead of the former Low, Fair, Good, High and Ultra options.
With Legion, Blizzard makes the draw distance better so that players can actually look out into the distance and make out the silhouette of buildings. We suppose this doesn’t really affect gameplay but just adds to the experience. Of course draw distance will also largely depend on your hardware.
