“Blizzard has been working towards fixing said bug, with first deactivating the Mythic Keystone cache temporarily so that players couldn't loot the cache anymore. Now, they have stated on a tweet on the @WarcraftDevs Twitter account that the bug has been fixed, and players who gotten unintended rewards from the bug will have those rewards removed. These unintended rewards included Titanforged gear with very high item levels, as well as very high Mythic Keystones. Mythic Caches in Boralus and Dazar'alor are still removed, but they should be back sometime this week.
On another related Mythic Keystone glitch, players who completed Mythic Keystone dungeons were also receiving very high Mythic Keystones. This glitch was also fixed. If you ended up with a super high key, you can delete the key and run another Mythic dungeon, which will grant you a Keystone with a more appropriate difficulty.”
