Blizzard Entertainment has posted a schedule of WoW Legion events in this week, including Northrend Timewalking Dungeon Event, Week 2 of the Mythic+ Invitational Proving Grounds, new Mythic+ Affixes and a new World Boss. Northrend Timewalking Dungeon Event

While this event is active, players level 81 or higher may access a special Timewalking Dungeon Finder queue, which scales players and their items down to revisit past dungeons from the Wrath of the Lich King expansion. While Timewalking, bosses will yield loot appropriate for a player's natural level. You can run following 6 timewalkings:  Ahn’kahet: The Old Kingdom, Gundrak, Halls of Lightning, The Nexus, Utgarde Pinnacle, and Pit of Saron.

“Your character and items will be scaled down to a power level fitting for the challenge at hand, but bosses will yield loot appropriate for your natural level. Timewalking dungeons also have a chance to drop items that usually drop when you run them on Heroic, and you’ll earn reputation with a faction that is interested in the dungeon. ”

Rewards
As usual, you will earn some rewards by completing quests during the event. Pick up the quest A Frozen Path Through Time from Archmage Timear in Dalaran. Complete 5 Northrend Timewalking dungeons to receive a Cache of Fel Treasures, Accolade of Victory, and a Seal of Broken Fate.

Loot from Timewalking bosses scales up to ilvl 850 at lvl 110, with a chance it can be Warforged and ilvl 865 instead.

During Timewalking Holidays, players can acquire and spend Timewarped Badge on special items. Auzin sells items during the Wrath Timewalking Holiday: Hourglass of Eternity, Bridle of the Ironbound Wraithcharger, Will of Northrend, heirloom upgrades, reputation tokens, gear that scales up to your current level.

This week's bonus event is Wrath Timewalking, Death Knights can obtain the Runes of the Darkening Artifact appearance from the Soultakers and Darkmoon Faire is coming on Sunday!

M+ Invitational Proving Grounds Week 2
The Mythic Dungeon Invitational competition continues this week! Competition teams should aim to complete the highest 5 dungeons in time and submit their information on this form at the end of the two week Proving Grounds period. Teams must consist of the same 5 players for all the dungeons.

New World Boss

New World Boss Soultakers are up this week. Search for the epic world quest The Soultakers in Stormheim. Death Knights can obtain the Artifact appearance via Runes of the Darkening.

The World Boss is the Soultakers. If you're after Artifact Appearances that drop from World Bosses, remember that the Fury Warrior components and Enhancement Shaman appearance can be found from Trial of Valor bosses in a hotfix.

The Soultakers drops ilvl 860 belts, neck, trinket and Storm Relic. Defeating Soultrapper Mevra is required for the World Quest The Soultakers and counts towards credit for Unleashed Monstrosities. Death Knights have a guaranteed chance to get Runes of the Darkening, which unlocks the Dark Runeblade appearance for Frost Death Knights.

If you have been doing your World Bosses regularly, you should have already unlocked Unleashed Monstrosities as well. To use this tint, you must have unlocked the base Valorous artifact appearance via  Improving on History first, which is finally available.
